Bids invited for E-M equipment supply for Gabral Kalam in Pakistan

Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) invites sealed bids by 17 May for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of turbines, generators, electrical system, switchyard and power evacuation for the Gabral Kalam hydropower project in Pakistan's northwestern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The 88 MW run-of-river project is to be developed with funding from the World Bank under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Hydropower and Renewable Energy Development Project.

Consultancy expressions of interest invited for Rogun project, Tajikistan

The Projects Management Group for Energy Facilities Construction, under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, invites expressions of interest (EOI) by 20 May from eligible consulting firms to provide project management services for the construction of the 3780 MW Rogun hydropower project, which is under construction on the river Vakhsh. The tendered services are to be financed by the World Bank.

EPC contractor sought for Tasiilaq HPP 2 in Greenland

Nukissiorfiit, Greenland’s state-owned water and power supplier, invites interested companies to participate in a two-phase tendering procedure for an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for the new Tasiilaq hydropower plant that is to be built just outside the town of Tasiilaq on the east coast. Prequalification bids are invited by 7 June from eligible EPC contractors for Tasiilaq HPP 2, a 0.7 MW station to be built between Lake 160 and Lake 102, approximately 6 km northwest of Tasiilaq.
